A safe workplace increases productivity and thus keeps customers, service, and delivery at the highest levels possible. With Safety being the #1 priority here at AMC, our safety program is constantly reinforced and remains a part of our culture for each and every associate while on the job. We believe, and live by, a strong safety and health program which continues to provide a safe place for all employees to work. Safety requires our associates to have direct involvement in their personal safety and the safety of their co-workers. Safety training, both on and off the job site, and constant and effective communication are standard practices at AMC. Incidents and accidents cost time and money, but more importantly they can cause personal loss and unnecessary injury, which has no price.
